Arabic Mastery 12 months course contract
Welcome to www.arabicmasteryinstitute.com , we are proud to say that we prepare a holistic Arabic course which will take you from zero to proficiency.
The terms and conditions on this page explains the agreement between Arabic Mastery Institute and you , the user of Arabic Mastery Institute services and products.
You automatically agree to accept the terms and conditions below once you purchase ‘ Arabic Mastery 12 months course ‘ and thus gain access to our platform.
By paying for the course you are in agreement to the following :
Course Length
The entire course will complete in 12 months.
This can be done by you studing three pre-recorded lessons per week in addition we provide you with two live sessions every week of 2 hours each ( a total of 4 hours a week )
Class cancellation
If you fail to attend the class you lose your paid for class. If teacher for whatever reason cancel class then this class will be compensated by rescheduling it to another day and time chosen by the teacher.
Course subjects
By choosing this product you are paying for course themes and live sessions.
Course Break
There will be 3 week break around Ramadan , a one week break for Eid al adha and a 2 week break for winter season. All of the break time will be compensated .
Date and time
The right to access the online portal for ‘Arabic Mastery 12 months course ‘ is 2 years ( 96 weeks ) starting from the date of purchase .
Commercial use
The student is not allowed to use video’s provided in course for any commercial use under any circumstances whatsoever
Disciplinary Measures
Posts in our online student community that are offensive and create negative atmosphere will be deleted
And if such behaviour will continue then student will be removed from our online community and we will decide whether he or she will be able to re-join.
Compensation for absence
It is your own responsibility to attend live sessions if for whatever reason you will fail to attend class then Arabic Mastery Institute will not compensate you .
Refund Policy
All refunds will be within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days Arabic Mastery Institute will not be obliged to give refunds.
